LJE Halloween Parade 2026! 🎃

Our annual Halloween Parade & Festivities for students in grades K-6 is Friday, October 30, at 9:45 AM. If the weather doesn’t cooperate, alternate plans will be communicated to families.

How the parade works

Students will exit through the cafeteria doors, walk down Miliauskas Way toward the front parking lot, then travel around the lot and re-enter the building through the D hallway doors.

Coffee Stop

Alyxzander’s Coffee Stop will be on-site again with beverages for purchase. Cash and card are accepted.

Parade day procedures

• Costumes: Students may not wear costumes to school. Please send them in a bag.

• Accessories: No costume accessories may include any type of simulated weapon.

• Party supplies: Drop off by 9:15 AM. Please write your child’s name and classroom on every item and place it on the table in the lobby to be delivered.

• Classroom help: PTO volunteers will be available to help in classrooms at teachers’ request.

• Parking: PTO volunteers will direct parking. Please follow their directions and park in the designated areas. Handicapped parking is available near the front of the school.

• Watching the parade: For safety reasons, family members, siblings and relatives may not walk with students in the parade.

• Classroom visits: For school security reasons, parents/guardians may not visit classrooms before or after the parade.

After the parade, students will take part in classroom activities until dismissal at 1:00 PM.

Volunteers: All volunteer opportunities for the parade have now been filled. Thank you to everyone who signed up!
